ZOO Digital Group plc (AIM: ZOO), a leading provider of end-to-end cloud-based localisation and media services to the global entertainment industry, was informed on 27 October 2023 that on 27 October 2023 Gillian Wilmot CBE, Chairman, acquired in aggregate 162,905 shares at an average price of 36.99 pence per ordinary share.

Following the above transaction, Gillian Wilmot holds 194,422 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% in the issued share capital of the Company.
