Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 13, 2024, AdaptHealth Corp. (the “Company”) informed Shaw Rietkerk of its intention to transition him to a new position as the Company’s Chief Business Officer, by the end of September, 2024, following which Mr. Rietkerk will no longer serve as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. The Company and Mr. Rietkerk are currently negotiating the terms of the transition.
