Nutrisystem (NASDAQ: NTRI), a leading provider of weight management programs and services, is pleased to announce a fundraising and awareness campaign being held to benefit the American Diabetes Association and its mission to Stop Diabetes™. A donation of $5.00 will be made by the Camden Riversharks for every $11.00 ticket sold for their home games on: Friday, July 30; Friday, August 13; Saturday, August 28; and Friday, September 17. At the game on August 28, 2010, representatives from Nutrisystem and the local Philadelphia and South Jersey Chapter of the American Diabetes Association will be in the ball park distributing educational information on ways to help prevent or stop diabetes. They will also be distributing information on Nutrisystem D, the weight loss program developed specifically to help people with type 2 diabetes who want to lose weight. In addition, there will be raffles and giveaways during the game of free Nutrisystem® programs and autographed player merchandise.

A $5.00 donation will be made for every $11.00 seat sold using the Nutrisystem code. There is a maximum of 6,500 qualifying seats available for each game.
