Pay versus Performance
The following table shows, for the past three fiscal years, the total compensation for each of our CEOs, and, on an average basis, our other NEOs, as set forth in the Summary Compensation Table, the “Compensation Actually Paid” (or “CAP”) to each of our CEOs, and, on an average basis, our other NEOs, our TSR, the TSR of the S&P 500 Packaged Food & Meats index, our net income, and our principal financial measure for compensation purposes in fiscal 2024, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (“Adjusted EBITDA”). CAP figures do not reflect the actual amount of compensation earned by or paid to our NEOs during the applicable year.
