Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  This amendment to the Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership of Securities on Form 3, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 2, 2014, is being filed to correct an administrative error in the original Form 3 pursuant to which 25,000 stock options, which were granted to Mr. Creighton on August 2, 2010, were disclosed for Mr. Creighton. 15,000 of those 25,000 stock options were exercised in January 2014. The remaining stock options vest in two equal annual installments, beginning on August 2, 2014, the fourth anniversary of the date of the grant.
