At Your Request is a program that allows patients to have 'what they want, when they want it' by ordering personalized meals from a full scale, restaurant-style menu of dining options that adhere to physician-established nutritional guidelines. All the patient has to do is pick up the phone by their bed and they are connected with someone that will take their order and arrange for the delivery of the meal. This service can be available around the clock and is designed to not be confined to pre-set dining hours. Over 35 more locations will start using the program by the end of the year including large hospitals like Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT.
