BSH Bayshore Petroleum Corp

Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BSH) ("Bayshore" or the "Corporation") is
pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced agreement with a
service provider to issue 133,333 common shares of the Corporation ("Common
Shares") in payment for consulting services rendered to the Corporation. The
Corporation issued 133,333 Common Shares of the Corporation at a deemed price of
$0.30 per Share. There is a four month hold period on the Common Shares issued
which expires on July 26, 2013.


Bayshore is a Calgary, Alberta based corporation engaged in the exploration,
development and production of petroleum and natural gas. The Common Shares are
listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "BSH".
