("Copper Fox" or the "Company") (TSX-V: CUU) announces a
corporate reorganization.
Mr. Michael
Smith, Executive Vice President, is retiring as an officer
effective September 1, 2013.
Mr. Smith is committed to remain an active member of the Board of
Directors. Mr. Smith leaves the Company at a high point
having accomplished the formation of a joint venture with Teck
Resources Limited ("Teck").
Mr. Smith has been involved with Copper Fox
since inception and the Company would like to take this opportunity
to express their deepest appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Smith
for his contributions to the Company. We look forward to our
continuing relationship with Mr. Smith as a Director of the
Company.
Mr. Cam
Grundstrom, Vice President - Operations, and Mr.
Shane Uren, Vice President -
Environment & Permitting, are resigning as officers of Copper
Fox effective September 1, 2013. The
Company has benefited greatly from their expertise. Mr. Grundstrom
and Mr. Uren intend to remain involved in Desert Fox Copper Inc.
("Desert Fox") on an as-required consultancy basis. The
Company thanks them for their time with Copper Fox and looks
forward to the future.
Mr. Elmer
Stewart, President of Copper Fox stated "We are all grateful
for the tremendous accomplishments of our executive team through
the exploration and development of the Schaft Creek project and the
formation of the Joint Venture with Teck. We are very happy with
their decisions and motivation to remain involved with Desert
Fox. I look forward to our continued success together as we
concentrate on Desert Fox."
