This deal has Eric Sprott's fingerprints all over it.

Funk is VP/Explo for Viszla, in which Sprott has just gone "all-in"

Sprott wants to lock up every silver play he can get his hands on, through a variety of "stalking horses".

Unga will be kept around as the "bait" for a buyout by some bigger fish, but in the meantime get ready to be a Mexican silver play.

Depending on what happens with NAK's Pebble project, Unga could be pretty good "bait" for anybody wanting to get in on the next Alaska gold rush.

In brief, Redstar are buying out Heliodor Metals in a 100% share deal. Private placing to raise $6 million. Shareholders to be asked to approve 15:1 reverse split and name change to Heliostar Metals.

I hold about 20,000 of these (as a speculation). Not much happening for a while though.....

I will continue to hold them I think.

Any word on this company? Seems like they have some great assets but not much else, yet. I am a shareholder as a speculation and would like to find a better source of info on this company than just their website. Thank you for any info or sources you may have.
