Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE:QIS), a company
focused on developing, marketing and implementing its dealership and customer
management system, XSellerator(TM), announced today the creation of a new role,
Product Manager, to be held by Yvette Martin, and the promotion of John Hynes to
Support Center Manager.


The newly created Product Manager position will be responsible for managing the
introduction of new features and functions within XSellerator, as well as any
future Quorum products. Ms. Martin, who has been with Quorum since 2003, will be
responsible for Quorum's business analyst team and oversee all software version
from conception and analysis, through testing and general release. Formation of
this new function is key to Quorum's strategic plans for XSellerator to remain a
leader in DMS technology and was driven largely by the demand to integrate with
additional automotive manufacturers.


John Hynes has been promoted from Call Centre Supervisor, to Support Manager,
the position vacated by Ms. Martin. John has been with Quorum since 2006,
originally joining as a part of the support team, later being promoted to Team
Lead, then his most recent role as Supervisor. He will now oversee all Quorum
customer support operations.


Quorum also announced the adoption an incentive award plan (the "Incentive
Plan") which authorized the Board of Directors of Quorum to grant Incentive
Awards to persons who are our directors, officers, employees, consultants or
other service providers. As of the date of this release, 90,000 Restricted Stock
Units were issued to Maury Marks, Mark Allen, Dan Ichelson and Marilyn Bown.
