the Board of Directors has approved a grant of 175,000 stock options, to its
directors, employee and consultant, under the company's Stock Option Plan.


The exercise price has been established at $0.26 per share with an expiry date
of October 21, 2019.


The common shares of Typhoon Exploration are listed on the Venture Stock
Exchange under the symbol "TYP".
