ITEM 8.01 Other Events

On January 14, 2008 the Company received notice from Schreiber Living Trust that a summary judgment was entered by the Supreme Court of the State of New York against the Company in favor of Schreiber Living Trust. The Summary Judgment, in the amount of $315,000, was granted on January 3, 2008. An Order entering the final judgment is scheduled to be entered on January 28, 2008.
