Atlantis Technology Group (PINKSHEETS: ATNP) and Christopher M.
Dubeau retained Walter J. Mathews, Esq., with Walter J. Mathews,
P.A. to defend the SEC's action. On September 30, 2010, the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil complaint against
Atlantis Technology Group and Christopher M. Dubeau alleging
specific violations of the federal securities laws. Mr. Mathews was
formerly Senior Counsel with the SEC's Division of Enforcement,
