Monique Berry, President, and Board Member for BioCentric Energy (Pink Sheets:BEHL), announced the following Shareholder Update:

Ms. Berry stated today, "I am pleased to announce the following updates to our valued shareholders:

1)  The excavation company hired for BioCentric Energy's first commercial site in Southern California is delivering gravel today and moving more dirt as part of the grading operation that is necessary prior to deploying the PBR system. On site and overseeing today's operation is Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher who stated, "The project is progressing as planned and the capital for the first system has been received."

2)  Last Friday, the BioCentric Energy Team put food (nutrients) into its commercial demo system located at the Company's headquarters in Santa Ana, California. The food will be blended and stabilized within the system prior to the inoculation of algae which will take place in approximately 10 days.

3)  The Company has received many inquiries from the recent press release that mentioned additional employees were needed to support the first commercial site and subsequent sites. Anticipating this need well in advance, Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher partnered with Charles Bensinger, Director of Alternative Fuels and the algae program at the Santa Fe New Mexico Community College (SFCC) and school of business applied technology. The college will be the Company's first choice and resource when seeking algae specialists and technicians for its commercial PBR systems. SFCC Director, Charles Bensinger stated, "Because a key intention of the program is to train aspiring algae industry workers, students must gain experience with certain technologies they are likely to find in the field.  In particular, SFCC students employ an algae culturing station and classroom-scale closed photobioreactor made by BioCentric Energy of Santa Ana, CA.  The BioCentric Energy's photobioreactor is a scaled-down but fully operational version of a much larger system that the student might encounter in commercial algae farms.  Over the course of the two semesters, students have successfully grown algae under a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions."

4)  With growing interest and daily inquiries of the Company's commercial PBR systems, BioCentric Energy is planning an open-house at its headquarters in Santa Ana, CA sometime in late summer for its shareholders, investors and potential clients. This will provide an opportunity to see the working commercial demo PBR system and meet the BioCentric Energy team."
