Letter to Shareholders
Thermal, CA -- November 16, 2015 -- New Global Energy, Inc.
(OTCBB:
NGEY), a public company focused on Aqua-Farming, Agriculture,
and Health & Wellness, continues to enjoy rapid growth and
expansion. In the past few months, we have initiated work with
several new companies that we believe will further increase
profitability. Indeed, Moringa and Sustainable Fish Farming
represent two promising near term opportunities.
MoringaUP Protein Bars
New Global Energy signed a distribution agreement with
International Sustainability Group to manufacture and distribute
MoringaUP Protein Bars with branding based on ISGs popular AlgaeUp
bars.
As a Moringa-based nutritional product, MoringaUP Protein
Bars will support health through
a formulation of nature's minerals, proteins,
antioxidants, vitamins and omegas. ISG already has contracts in
place to sell the new bars at major grocery and drug stores
throughout the United States, including Walgreens and Rite Aid.
The Company is confident that ISGs brand portfolio is an
ideal complement to New Global Energys business since it is based
on providing natural, effective health solutions.
Cargills EWOS Group
Two leading aquaculture experts from Cargills (www.cargill.com) newly acquired EWOS Group visited New
Global Energys farm in Coachella Valley recently and plans are
moving forward on exciting partnerships involving Moringa and fish
feed. (See: http://www.wsj.com/articles/cargill-buys-norwegian-fish-feed-producer-ewos-for-1-5-billion-1439798406)
The EWOS Group is interested in several exploratory projects
that New Globals Aqua Farming Tech is conducting and in selling
EWOS manufactured fish feed to support Aqua Farming Techs phased
feed program.
On-going discussions with EWOS Groups Technical Director
Bakshish Dosangh, P. Ag, and Feed Consultant John Hewitt focus on
the merits of adding Moringa to fish feed and how it might be used
to replace soy, which is expensive and traded on the commodities
market.
Fish & Farm Report Special Moringa Edition
The latest issue of New Global Energys Fish & Farm Report is
due out on December 1 as a Special Moringa Edition featuring all
the latest news and research on Moringa, its health benefits, and
various uses.
Moringa will continue to help build our market edge and support
future profitability as we expand further into the Health and
Wellness industry. New Global Energy is already a leader in Moringa
and uses it as a key component of the proprietary fish feed formula
that is one of the cornerstones of the companys sustainable fish
farming operation. In response to growing consumer demand for
healthy seafood, New Globals fish formula is free of GMOs,
antibiotics and chemicals and includes an optimized blend of
Moringa, nutrient rich algae and a proprietary blend of other
ingredients.
Check out our new website at www.newglobalenergy.net to see the new Moringa Report
and catch up on other Company news.
As we approach the end of 2015 we thank you for your support and
reaffirm our commitment to leading through innovation and advancing
the science and technology of sustainable fish farming. We are
continuously seeking to develop new systems and processes that will
shape our industry and improve our Companys market edge.
Sincerely,
Perry D. West
