PDMR Dealing and Holding(s) in Company
Immotion Group, the UK-based immersive entertainment group, has
been notified that on 7 June 2021, Samuel Higginson, the Group's
Marketing Director and a PDMR, sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5 pence per share.
As announced on 26 November 2020, Samuel Higginson acquired
10,500,000 shares as part of the subscription, which completed on
that date. The proceeds from the 5,000,000 shares sold on 7 June
2021 will be used in the purchase of a residential property for
Samuel.
Following this notification, Samuel holds 12,694,330 Ordinary
Shares.
