DIRECTOR/PDMR SHARE DEALING

RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that on 4 November 2021 John Douglas - Chief Executive Officer purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of GBP1.26111.

Mr Douglas now holds 941,761 shares through Rokahesu Pty Ltd (ATF The Douglas Family Trust) and a further 1,167,722 ordinary shares in his own account.
