Exercise of Options
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company"), a
leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that following
an exercise of options pursuant to the Company's 2017 Long Term
Incentive Plan, it has issued and allotted 90,523 new ordinary
shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application will be made
for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on or around the 22 October
2021.
As a result, the Company's issued share capital now consists of
156,338,187 Ordinary Shares, 19,703 of which remain held in
Treasury. For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, shareholders should exclude any Ordinary Shares
held in Treasury and should use the figure of 156,318,484 Ordinary
Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they
are required to notify their interest, or a change of their
interest in the Company.
