The following announcement replaces the Form TR-1 filing
announcement Holding(s) in Company released at 2.06pm (BST) on 23
September 2021 under RNS number 8024M.
Please see Item No. 11 below for additional detail regarding the
erroneous filing by Brookfield Public Securities Group LLC
("Brookfield PSG") , including the use of a total outstanding
shares number that did not take into account the total number of
shares outstanding subsequent to a recent offering by Tritax
EuroBox plc. As such, Brookfield PSG did not exceed the 3% shares
outstanding filing threshold.

11. Additional information (xvi)
Brookfield Public Securities Group LLC ("Brookfield PSG") calculated
its ownership of Tritax Eurobox PLC based on a numerator inclusive of
shares it had yet to receive as part of Tritax Eurobox's most recent
offering. Unfortunately, the shares outstanding number (denominator)
used as the basis of our calculation was from prior to the offering which
overstated our ownership relative to the total number of shares that
were outstanding following the conclusion of the offering. As such, Brookfield
PSG did not exceed the 3% shares outstanding filing threshold. Accordingly,
we (Brookfield PSG) are withdrawing our 22/09/2021 filing that was made
in error. During this time period, there was no trading in the equity
securities of Tritax Eurobox plc by Brookfield PSG which would have increased
our ownership percentage above 3% of the shares outstanding. The error
was solely a result of Brookfield PSG's failure to update the denominator
in the share ownership calculation.
