Notice of Results and Appointment of Joint Broker

WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the LiveData company, will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2021 on Wednesday 22(nd) September 2021.

There will be a virtual presentation to analysts on the day of results, with the recording made publicly available on the Company's website later that day.

Separately, the Company announces that it has appointed Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited ("Panmure Gordon") as Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect. Stifel will continue to act as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to the Company.
