Tibbett & Britten Group plc was notified on 23 June 2003 that FMR Corp.,
Fidelity International Limited and Mr Edward C Johnson 3d, as a principal
shareholder in FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited, have a notifiable
interest in 2,486,293 ordinary 5p shares in Tibbett & Britten Group plc,
representing 5.11% of the issued share capital. These interests include
interests held on behalf of authorised unit trust schemes in the UK. The dates
of the transactions which resulted in this change of interest are not known.
