Cumulative Preference Shares today, Wednesday, 3 September, 2003:

2,145 6% Cumulative Preference Shares of nominal value Euro 1.27 each

The highest and lowest price paid for repurchased 6% Cumulative Preference
Shares was Euro 1.27.

The shares bought back are being cancelled.
