Following the exercise of options under the Savills plc Sharesave Scheme and the
subsequent allotment to Savills QUEST Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the
Savills plc Sharesave Scheme, of 8,111 shares of 5p each with effect from today,
12 January 2004, the potential beneficial interest of all the Executive
Directors of Savills plc who are employed by the Group in shares held by Savills
QUEST Trustees Limited decreased to 121,423 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
