Substantial Shareholding notification



The Company has received notification that due to the purchase of 200,000
shares, concluding with 50,000 shares being bought on 13 November 2003, Peter
Cundill & Associates (Bermuda) Ltd, in its capacity as investment counsel, now
holds 1,100,000 ordinary shares in the Company on behalf of its clients, being
9.91 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
