    Announcement - Issue of Debt


    On July 11, 2008, UDICX BONOS, SERIES 2008-1 (the "Issuer") issued MXN 427,000,000 face amount of Certificates. Pursuant to the
Prospectus dated July 1, 2008, the Issuer will apply for the Certificates to be admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange regulated market.
