ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

The Board of Emirates Strategic Investments Company - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. (the "Company") is pleased to release the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019.

HIGHLIGHTS

-- The Company completed the issuance of Non-convertible Sukuk of USD 600 million in July 2019 @ 3.939% p.a..

-- Post issuance of Sukuk, total asset base of the Company has increased to AED 10,445 million as at 31 December 2019.

-- Major revenue stream comprised of rental income, dividend income and share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 176.9 million, AED 137.1 million and AED 98.4 million respectively for the year ended 31 December 2019.

   --    Profit for the year ended 31 December 2019 amounted to AED 206.2 million. 
   --    As at 31 December 2019, the Company's total equity was AED 7,787 million. 
   --    Financial Summary for the reported period is as follows:
