PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES
The Company announces that on 16 May
2024 it purchased 55,101 ordinary shares for cancellation. The
price paid was 78.5p per ordinary share.
Following the cancellation of these
shares there will be 149,127,980 ordinary shares in
issue.
