          Park Signs three-year Marketing Support Contract with JDA



Park Financial Services ("PFS"), the hamper and high street voucher subsidiary
of financial services and marketing specialist Park Group plc, has appointed
JDA, the Leeds-based direct response agency, to extend communications and
contact strategy with Park's growing agent force.



JDA first started working with Park in July last year when it helped create
the successful Premier Agent scheme, designed to retain the best agents with
the introduction of a loyalty and benefits programme.  The three-year contract
now awarded reflects Park's success in boosting retained agent strength by
5,000 to over 61,000 in the past year, its best level for four years.



Mark Lucius, Park Group's marketing director, said:  "Turnover at PFS has
grown by 20 per cent to #125m ahead of Christmas 2001 and customers have
already begun to save for Christmas 2002.  These are very encouraging figures
and demonstrate that our top value offer to customers combined with continuing
efforts to grow the retained agency base are meeting with success."



Jan Harrison, account director at JDA, added:  "We are pleased that Park is
placing its faith in JDA by signing a three year agreement to build on the
success the two companies have achieved to date.  Committed agents and
contented customers are what drive Park in this specialised field and we look
forward to developing further initiatives with the company."



The deal with JDA follows the recent three-year relationship entered into with
GB Information Management ("GBIM"), the customer intelligence division of
TelMe Group, which will enable Park to measure more precisely the
effectiveness of its marketing campaigns.  With these two appointments Park is
now able to combine the benefits of state of the art information and
intelligence services provided by GBIM with the established marketing
expertise of JDA.
