Change in director's shareholding

The company was notified today, 27 March 2003, that Ian Cuthbertson, a
director of the company, became entitled to 102,300 ordinary shares in
the company as a result of a distribution of his mother's estate on 27
March 2003.

The share price applicable to this transaction is 1.88 pence.

Following this event Ian Cuthbertson has an interest in 1,102,300
ordinary 1p shares of the company representing 0.95 per cent of the
issued ordinary share capital.
