Result of Placing

The Company is pleased to announce that 328,281 D Shares have been placed, subject to admission to trading on AIM, pursuant to the Supplemental Placing described in the Admission document dated 21 January 2011. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that trading will become effective and dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 March 2011.

Following the commencement of trading of the above shares the Company will have in issue 418,858 B Shares and 16,424,372 D Shares.

The aggregate value of the D Shares issued in the Placing was GBP16,424,372 at the Placing Price of 100p per D Share. The Company acquired securities in a total of 76 companies of which 62 are AIM companies, 3 are PLUS companies and 11 are companies listed on the Official List.

Christopher Clark, Chairman, said:

"We thank placees, both investors in earlier Brookwell issues and those who are new shareholders in Brookwell, for their participation in the D Share issue."

Robert Legget, Managing Director of Progressive AIM Realisation Limited, the Company's investment manager, said:
