                CDS Oil & Gas Group plc - "CDS" or the "Company" 
 
                            Result of General Meeting 
 
CDS Oil & Gas Group plc (AIM: CDS) announces that at the General Meeting of the 
Company held today the following resolution put to shareholders was duly passed: 
 
"That the admission of the Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the capital of the 
Company to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange be cancelled, 
and that the Directors be authorised to take all steps which are necessary or 
desirable to effect such cancellation." 
 
As a result, it is expected that the cancellation of dealings in the Company's 
shares on AIM will take effect from 8.00 am on 28 June 2010.
