RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on Friday, 2(nd) December 2022, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 7,422 Ordinary Shares at prices of EUR24.24 and EUR27.86 per Ordinary Share and at prices of GBP20.11 and GBP24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 27,582,664 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 746,557,674.
