                              Share price movement



The Board of Chariot have noted the recent increase in the price of the
Company's shares. Following the announcement made by the Company on 6 December
2006 the Board have been evaluating proposals received from a number of parties
relating to the disposal of the Company's assets. If any transaction were to be
undertaken by the Company the Board expects it to be announced imminently
although, at this time there can be no certainty that any transaction will
proceed. Should no transaction take place imminently the Board will be forced to
commence an orderly closure of the monday lottery as ticket sales continue to be
below the level required to sustain the game.



Any transaction, whilst being cash positive and aimed at securing the future of
the monday lottery, will not realise a significant amount of cash for the
Company.
