In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6,
Centurion Electronics would like to notify the market of the following:

Centurion Electronics plc's issued capital comprises 13,680,288 shares of common
stock of par value 5p each. All of these shares carry voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Centurion Electronics Group under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
