discoverIE Group plc (LSE: DSCV, "discoverIE" or the "Group"), a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics to industry, announces that, on 14 September 2023, Celia Baxter, Non-Executive Director, acquired a total of 2,791 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of GBP7.16.

Following this purchase, Celia Baxter is interested in 2,791 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.003% of the Company's voting share capital.
