Echo Energy plc, the Latin American focused energy company, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("2021 Annual Report"), together with the notice convening a General Meeting of the Company ("GM"), has been published to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at www.echoenergyplc.com .

The GM to approve the 2021 Annual Report will be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT on Thursday, 29 September 2022 at 15:00 and follows the Company's annual general meeting held on 27 June 2022.
