                 Eleksen Group Plc ("Eleksen" or "the Company")
            Issue of New Shares subject to Orderly Market Agreements


August 8th 2006

Application has been made for 217,054 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange ('AIM').


The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to an exercise of options by
employees in Eleksen Limited, a subsidiary company of Eleksen Group Plc, such
shares being acquired by Eleksen Group Plc and paid for by the issue of the new
Ordinary Shares.


The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary
Shares and are subject to an orderly market agreement until May 2nd 2007. D
ealings are expected to commence on 11th August 2006 on AIM.
