                      Eleksen #5.68m fundraising complete

Eleksen Group plc ("Eleksen"), which makes smart fabrics that can be used to
control electronic devices such as smartphones and MP3 players, has completed a
fundraising of #5.68m through the issue of 7.5% Convertible Secured Loan Notes
2009, announced in statements on 23rd November 2006 and 15th January 2007.
