Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, announces that on 24 August 2023 Tim Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, has exercised nil-cost share options over 150,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The share options were granted in 2020 under the Empresaria Long-Term Incentive Plan and became exercisable on 17 April 2023.

Following this exercise, Tim Anderson is interested in 290,000 Ordinary Shares.
