Total Voting Rights

As at 29 September 2023, the Company's total issued share capital consisted of 85,639,209 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), with one voting right per share. The Company holds 4,860,342 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 80,778,867 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
