                       AWARD OF CONTRACT AND BOARD CHANGE


Smart Approach is pleased to announce that Lockheed Martin, the Company's
partner in the recently awarded "Specialised Security Training Contract" with
the Transportation Security Administration which provides security service to
American aviation, has renewed its licence to use the Smart Approach Screener
suite of products for a further year in its programme of threat recognition
training for security personnel across all airports in the United States. The
contract is valued at US$1.2 million over the next 12 months, including support
and maintenance. This contract confirms Smart Approach as the primary supplier
of computer based training to the aviation security industry in the world.


As anticipated, the Company's investment in new market opportunities, the
development of its products and the strengthening of the organisation will have
an impact on short-term results. Progress has been made in opening new
opportunities for the sale of its products and services in related but
non-aviation markets and in the development of a web-based version of its
principle screener product.


The Company also announces that Chris Goulden, Business Development Director,
has resigned with immediate effect. His duties have been taken over by Mike
Ormesher (Managing Director) and Glenn Bartholomew (Sales and Marketing
Director).
