Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 20 November 2024, it purchased for holding in treasury 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,440.6200 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 44,149,041 ordinary shares held in treasury and 132,958,917 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
