Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 18 November 2024, it purchased for holding in treasury 60,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,463.67 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 43,914,622 ordinary shares held in treasury and 133,193,336 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
