Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

December 1, 2023, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Executives, Brian Bergot, has advised the Company that he exercised at total of 80,000 share options, which are due to expire on January 10, 2024, and sold a total of 80,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$1.64 per share (approximately GBP0.96/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
