$lnth covered in fake bots on this site. Very sketchy was $1.30. Had negative earnings.

Only phase 2... long way to go & burning & hemeraging money with out phase 3 & more...

Can't fault Gerald Ber for cashing in a little on the upside price on Tuesday. Nice offset for the sale by the options just grante.

I think the transaction came out to about $75K and he still holds 32K shares.

I think the earnings announcement a couple of weeks ago posting around 100% over earlier estimates is really holding this up. They predict a $2.78 EPS for the current year. Not too shabby.

I'm wondering if the rumor of the royalties owed LNTH (via the ProGenics acquisition) by CytoDyn might be avoided somehow. But that was during Nader Pourhassan's tenure. New leadership at CytoDyn that sound a bit more "by the books".

Phase 2 still has phase 3, fda approval, and so many other things and money burning to create a "potential" product. Will have to dilute the share structure to keep them alive. Pay employees, overhead, lease, the list goes on..... This shits getting ridiculous lmao

The insiders barley have any left. It's institutions only right now and little retail. It was a lock and run we should see $35 again quick and that's still well over 10x revs. Never seen a prop for so many months.

The royalties situation is quite confusing.

The Progenics/Lantheus one is pretty clear cut. The AbbVie one is a little murky. The PDL one is like....WTF....

I'm pretty sure all the agreements are on NET sales...not gross. I'll leave it up to the accountants and lawyers how that all gets divided up. It could all add up to 10-12%....but, hell...either having to pay 12% or receive 12% is a lot better than ZERO!!

Approval & Sales for CytoDyn is what is going to get the gravy train rolling.

Now. The Billion Dollar question is what would Lantheus Holdings do with a unbooked $25M for this year? What would it do with $120M+ for future years?

I'm thinking two things:

1) Stock buy backs to go back private - usually makes price go up.

2) Use extra revenue to expand product line making company more valuable.

Either way it gives me promise that my investment will grow somewhat independent of CYDY's success. LNTH isn't "tied" to CYDY, it's just that CYDY royalty payments give LNTH more promise for the future.

There are various levels of risk associated with differing investments... I have a substantial position in CYDY based on my belief in their science and potential... Finding arbitrages in undervalued securities like we believe may be the case with LNTH is worth consideration.

Thank you for your reply. I regularly read your (and those of some others) contributions on the CyDy thread.
Right now I *only* own CyDy shares. Have sold everything else in January. By the way I am on the "other" board, because of obvious hopeful and fact based reasons. Somehow I cannot believe LNTH has more potential than CyDy.
Take a look at the amount of outstanding shares and the forthcoming catalysts.
I am far from your experience and knowledge level so don't take advice from me :D. Have a great day !

LNTH success doesn’t count on CYDY alone... What you should consider and ask yourself... Has the market has taken into consideration the impact PRO140/Leronlimab royalties impact the LNTH? At this point, I’m not so sure it has... More DD is needed and that’s what a few of us are currently doing.

I have a question. If I get it right LNTH's success highly depends on CyDy's success. May I ask why someone wouldn't just buy more CyDy shares instead of LNTH?
The risk I see is some kind of dilution caused by LNTH. But I have no experience at all in this topic.

That 9.4 million share trade on 6/19 just a few days before the merger w/ Progenics stands out like a “look at me”!!! I think there’s potential here... Unlike hopesters incorrect analysis of CYDY, LNTH is currently in a long term downward trend trading below it’s 20, 50, and 200 day moving averages... I haven’t bought in yet but, I’m strongly considering it right now!

Still doing my homework but I'm thinking they'll get the 5% for 10 years that Progenics agreed upon first PRO 140 commercial sale.

I think there's another 5% that goes to Abbvie also.

Since the turnover of PRO 140 to CytoDyn was so long ago, those costs have been absorbed/written off the books and whatever royalty revenue LNTH/ABBV gets is going to fatten up their quarterly income statements.

I'd love to mod the board but I've got my hands full for the remainder of the year. Also, I'm probably on the "bad boy" list also...not too far from your name.

I haven't bought into LNTH yet. I've got an order in that hasn't triggered yet if it dips for some reason. Going to use a little TA and a gut feeling on entry price.

I've been attempting to tweak my CYDY/LNTH revenue projection spreadsheets to figure out what budget I can set for my Christmas List this year.

Trying to understand the Christmas party rules for gift giving. Was it a max of $5.95 per gift this year? How much are the mugs going to sell for?

First time I have been on the LNTH Board.. Darn right I think LNTH will be huge.

Lets use Chuckles numbers. 4X in share price moves per One Billion in revs CYDY delivers.

Lets cheat. Use a formula of 40$ per billion from CYDY.

CYDY delivers the first 1 Billion 10 more billion will follow. Meaning? 450$ per share. Profit margin on the first 50,000,000$ license agreement payment should be close to 99.9999%

My Big Picture for CYDY is not just 10 billion.

This means LNTH will be a monster.

Tempting....but I'm about to engage moving homes three states over with kids in new schools, pets, a job change... lions and tigers...oh, my....

Maybe after the dust settles, CYDY allows me to retire early (doubtful at this pace)....I'll certainly take it under advisement.

I pulled back my buys on LNTH this morning and repurposed the cash for CYDY and got more @ $4.25. Didn't think it would hit...but it did easily.

Depending on the trajectory of both, might break some cash loose to buy into LNTH if it doesn't take off.

I think Black-Ops is also thinking LNTH will also start taking off soon if CYDY gets rolling.
