DATE OF BOARD MEETING

 

The board of directors (the “Board”) of MINISO Group Holding Limited (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, for the purpose of considering and approving, inter alias, (i) the unaudited financial results of the Company for the three months ended December 31, 2023 and its publication, (ii) the unaudited annual financial results of the Company for the six months ended December 31, 2023 and its publication in accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and (iii) the declaration and payment of dividend, if any.
