"Maxus Energy Defends Environmental Settlement With Parent," at 3:17 p.m. ET on Tuesday, incorrectly stated that OxyChem sold the business to YPF in the ninth paragraph. YPF bought another part of Maxus in 1995 and, in turn, was bought by Spain's Repsol SA in 1999.
