(OTCQB: POROF) announces that it has granted an aggregate of
4,825,000 stock options (the "Options") to directors, officers and
employees of the Company to purchase 4,825,000 common shares (the
"Shares") in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Company's
share option plan. The Options, which vest immediately, are
exercisable at an exercise price of CAD $0.29 per Share for a period of five (5) years
from the date of grant. The Options have been granted in
consideration for the Options which expired in August 2024 which were exercisable at a price of
CAD $0.15
