CES Synergies' Subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc. Receives Contract and Related Notice to Proceed for Florida Department of Transportation Project

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - April 15, 2014) - CES Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX) announces that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), has received a contract and has begun to provide demolition services to remove all motorist aid call box concrete pads district-wide for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District II. District II comprises the counties of Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Suwannee, Taylor, and Union. The contract is valued at $379,750 with an anticipated duration of four months. 

The project requires the removal and disposal of approximately 508 concrete pads which formerly housed motorist aid call boxes. The work will be conducted on I-75 from the Georgia line to the Marion County line; I-10 from the Madison and Jefferson County line to the I-95 interchange in Duval County; and I-95 from the Georgia line to the St. Johns/Flagler County line. All demolition debris will be segregated for disposal to maximize the recycling and reuse of the materials removed from the site. CES will backfill and sod the areas after completion of demolition activities.
