CES Synergies' Subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc. Awarded Demolition and Remediation Contracts for State College of Florida

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - May 28, 2014) - CES Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX) announces that its subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) has been awarded contracts to provide both the demolition and remediation services at State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota in Bradenton, Florida. The work pursuant to the contracts is anticipated to begin on July 1, 2014 and it is expected to last until the fall.

The combined project requires abatement of a 5,000 square foot roof, floor coverings, and recycling of all waste streams within buildings. The project includes the demolition of two buildings while the college remains in session. The scope of work consists of wet method ACM abatement and the structural dismantlement and demolition of one single-story building and one two-story building by means of an excavator.
